Cancellation & Refund Policy 

The meanings attributed to any capitalized terms used but not specified below shall be found in the Terms of Use that regulate your use of our website, www.yehloapp.com (the "Website") and our mobile application, 'Yehlo' (the "App"). The term "Platform" refers to both the Website and the App together.

Customer Cancellation

In general, once an order is placed, the buyer is not permitted to cancel it. Only one minute after placing the order, the buyer may decide to cancel. However, Yehlo reserves the right, based solely on Yehlo's judgment, to suspend the account and refuse any reimbursement to the buyer in response to a cancellation that the buyer instigated, even if the cancellation occurs within a minute.

In the event that the buyer cancels the order within a minute of placing it, Yehlo will be entitled to collect a penalty equal to 100% of the order amount for breach of contract, as well as compensation for any damages Yehlo may have suffered. If the buyer's order was postpaid, Yehlo may choose to recover from the buyer's subsequent order, or not to refund the order value.

Non-Customer Cancellation

Yehlo reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by Yehlo for reasons not attributable to Yehlo, including but not limited to:

in the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;

failure to get in touch with the buyer by phone or email at the time of order booking delivery;

failure to deliver the buyer's order because the buyer did not provide the necessary information, guidance, or authorization at the time of delivery; or

unavailability of every item the buyer ordered at the moment the order was placed; or

not all of the things that the buyer had ordered were available when the order was booked. But in the extremely uncommon occasion that an item in an order becomes unavailable, Yehlo will get in touch with the buyer via the phone number they gave us when they placed the order and let them know about it. In such a situation, the buyer will be able to cancel the entire order and receive a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price.

If the Buyer cancels for a reason that Yehlo, the Merchant, or PDP is responsible for, Yehlo will not charge the Buyer a penalty.

 

If the order wasn't delivered in the anticipated amount of time when it was placed;

If the PDP has not selected the Order

If the merchant refuses to accept the purchase or cancels it for reasons that are not the buyer's fault, such as an overcrowded store, a closed store, an item's non-availability, the inability of the store to process online orders at that time, etc.

If Yehlo cancels the order for any reason—including, but not limited to, PDP not being available—that is not the buyer's fault. Yehlo retains the right to investigate the buyer's request for a cancellation and assess whether it meets the aforementioned requirements. Yehlo will evaluate the cancellation request and give the buyer a refund if it determines that the request satisfies any of the aforementioned requirements.

Refund

Orders that were paid for in advance may be eligible for a refund. Yehlo maintains the right to deduct the penalty that the Buyer is required to pay under Section 1(2) from the total amount that is returned to them. In the event that the packaging of any item in an order, or the entire order, is tampered with or destroyed, and the buyer refuses to accept it at the time of delivery for the stated reason, they will also be entitled to a refund of the appropriate value;

If PDP is unable to deliver the order for a reason that can be attributed to either Yehlo or PDP, the buyer may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the order value; however, Yehlo will determine how much of a refund the buyer is entitled to on an individual basis.

If the buyer pays at the time of delivery, they won't have to pay for:

Orders that are delivered incorrectly, have their packing tampered with or damaged, or have items missing from the buyer's order that are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Yehlo.

As long as Yehlo Customer Care is informed of this via the Platform prior to the Order being marked as delivered.

Particular Conditions for Using the Platform to Buy Alcoholic Drinks

Cancellation: Generally speaking, after an order is placed, the buyer is not permitted to cancel it. In the event that the buyer cancels, Yehlo will be entitled to 100% of the order amount as a cancellation fee. If the buyer's order is postpaid, Yehlo will be entitled to collect from the buyer's subsequent order(s) in order to compensate the PDPs and merchants, or it will not refund the order value.

If Yehlo cancels the order for circumstances beyond the buyer's control—such as non-delivery of PDPs, for example—the buyer may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the specifics of the situation. Yehlo retains the right to review the request for a cancellation and refund and decide whether it satisfies any of the previously mentioned requirements. If so, Yehlo will execute the request and issue a refund to the buyer.

Important Note 1: Prior to delivering OTP to the PDP, the Buyer must confirm both his or her order and the products. Any problems with the products or the Buyer's order must be reported right away, and a cancellation request must be sent. The Buyer will be considered to have accepted delivery of his or her order once the OTP is given to the PDP; thereafter, the Buyer will not be able to cancel the Order or request a refund.

Important Note 2: The merchant selling the product will be the only party liable in the event that a fake product complaint is made. Since Yehlo is only acting as a middleman in the transactions between the Buyer and the Merchant, Yehlo will not be held responsible for any goods the Merchant sells. Yehlo firmly forbids the sale of any counterfeit goods on its platform and maintains the right to report any such occurrences to the relevant authorities in order to take the necessary legal action.

Refund & Return Policy
Yehlo does not facilitate any return policy, though; we have a refund policy that would be provided only when there would be some quality issue with the product being delivered as per the discretion of Yehlo.


The Company will initiate a refund, if any, on the order/product, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours
